Refund policy

Cancellation Policy:

For any reason, if you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, you can cancel & get a full refund within 7 working days from the date your cancellation request has been processed, by contacting our customer care team. 

0-5 days- Product Return Policy:

At 360 Love, we stand behind the quality of our products and prioritize customer satisfaction. If, for any genuine reason, you are not satisfied with any of our products, please reach out to us. You can return the product within 5 days and claim a refund, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our Return Policy.

Guidelines for Return/Refund:

  1. Initial Contact: Contact our customer care representative to initiate a return request using the details provided below. You can choose to return part of your order or the full order.
  2. Product Return: Send the product back to us.
  3. Inspection: Once the product reaches us, it will be inspected by our concerned department.
  4. Refund Processing: Refunds will only be processed after the product reaches us and satisfactorily passes the inspection.
  5. Shipping Costs: Zero shipping costs apply for product returns.
  6. Time Frame: The return policy is applicable within 0-5 days of receiving the product.
  7. Refund Method:
  • For payments made by card, refunds will be processed to the same bank account.
  • For COD orders or other payment methods, refunds will be processed via NEFT to the registered name of the customer using the provided bank details.

Return Process Timeline:

Once your return request has been placed with our Customer Care Service, the process will take approximately 21 business days.

Product Replacement Policy:

If you wish to replace a product, please inform us within 14 days of receipt. Email us at connect@360love.in and share relevant pictures or videos.

Replacement Terms & Conditions:

  1. Original Packaging: Products must be returned in their original packaging, including the original box, price tags, and invoice.
  2. Intact Seal: The product/bottle seal must remain intact.
  3. Replacement Dispatch: Replacement products will be dispatched only after the returned product reaches us.
  4. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned items, we will inspect them to ensure everything is in original condition before issuing the exchange.
  5. Availability: Replacements are subject to the availability of the specific product.

Processing Fees for Replacements or Returns:

A flat charge of Rs. 100/- shall be charged as return shipping fees.

International Orders:

Returns or refunds for orders delivered outside India will not be accepted.
